Welcome to FreeCash. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website freecash-app.com and the FreeCash app and related services (the “Service”) operated by FreeCash (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Minimum payout thresholds and processing times; cashouts are processed through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal) and may be subject to their terms and fees.

We do not guarantee that any specific offer will remain available or that payouts will be completed within a set time; we will use reasonable efforts to process valid redemptions.

5. Third-Party Offers and Links

The Service may include links to third-party websites, apps, or offers (e.g., track.free-cash.app or partner offer pages). We do not control those third parties. Your use of their services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or any losses arising from your interaction with them.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. EARNINGS AND REWARD AMOUNTS ARE ILLUSTRATIVE AND NOT GUARANTEED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREECASH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS OR $100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreeCash and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

11. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FreeCash regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
